Direttore di coro, David Massey è considerato uno dei più promettenti talenti del panorama Gospel di Chicago. Proprio fiore all'occhiello è la duratura collaborazione con la cantante Albertina Walker, da tutti considerata "The Queen of Gospel Music", la regina del Gospel; inoltre, ha collaborato con Annette Queenie Lennoxx, Richard Smallwood and Gospel Ledgend, Lonnie Hunter e molti altri ancora.
Dirige inoltre la formazione corale "The Spirit of David", da lui fondata, riunendo i migliori solisti presenti nel panorame della Windy City.

Jackie Saunders has been dancing since the age of 6.   After numerous years of performing in the secular arena with Jazz, Modern and Hip Hop Productions, in 1994, the Lord called Jackie  into a Ministry of Dance. 

Jackie’s performance background includes coordinating, choreographing and dancing for numerous Tradeshows and Conventions as well as Theatrical/Fashion Productions for companies including:   SoftSheen/Carson-LOREAL, USA, Empress Casinos, Andersen Consulting, ISOPLUS, AVON Products and many more.   She managed a professional dance team that toured the USA featuring productions like:   Destination Style, The WIZ, FASHION CINEMA- Salute to Black Film and Fashion.

In 1994 Jackie joined the KARAR Praise Dance Ministry at  her former church Valley Kingdom Ministries International while simultaneously touring across the nation dancing in the world.   For three years Jackie led the Karar Ministry and in 2001 she became certified to teach the Word of God.   It was through teaching the Word that Jackie was led to leave all forms of secular dance to embark on the journey of full time Dance Ministry. 
 
Over the years, Jackie has taught both youth and adults at various churches and conferences a course entitled “DANCE B4 HIM”.  This course gives biblical background, technical assistance and detailed instructions to begin in dance ministry.  DANCE B4 HIM guides people into the MINISTRY of Dance and compels people to DANCE BEFORE GOD!!!!

Rose Harper è già stata in Italia quattro volte, in occasione di altrettante edizioni di Umbria Jazz. Altre apparizioni internazionali sono avvenute a San Paolo (Brasile) dove è anche stato prodotto un DVD, Sudafrica, Lagos, Nigeria.

Dotata di notevole talento e musicalità, sia come pianista che come cantante, Rose vanta prestigiose collaborazioni, tra cui Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Albertina Walker, Kim Berrell, Dorothy Norwood, Calvin Bridges, Walter Whitmann & The Soul Children of Chicago, The Chicago Mass Choir, Isreal & New Breed, Kim Stratton, Ashford & Simpson, Mya Angelou, Ray Bady, Percy Bady, Percy Gray, New Direction, T.D. Jakes, The O'Jays,  Jay Leno, Oprah Winfrey, Lonnie Hunter & The Voices of St. Mark, Visions-A Choral Ministry, Shekinah Glory Ministry, Smokie Norful, Deadre Patterson , Darwinn Hobbs.

Nel 2002 ha scritto e prodotto il brano "Praise is What I Do", subito diventato un successo presso le radio Gospel negli States; successo coronato dall'inclusione del brano nella prestigiosa compilation gospel annuale "WOW Gospel 2003", ricevendo un disco d'oro e un disco di platino.

Rainey Harris began singing in her church choir at age 4. Most of her career was as a secular artist. It was during the filming of "Dealing with the Devil"( a movie depicting a young woman's journey from the Church, to the world, and back again), that Rainey found the Lord in a personal way. Since then, she have devoted her life and career to serving the Lord. An anointed singer, praise dancer, and actress, she has performed and ministered in music in various venues in both the United States and abroad. Rainey is a graduate of Tennessee State University, where she majored in Speech Communications and theater, and is the recipient of the Memphis Larry riley Rising Star Award for Performing Arts. She is also a frequent quest on the local Mid-south "Praise the Lord" TV program on Trinity Broadcasting Network(TBN)
She have performed on stage with artists Winans,Clarks Sisters, Mary Mary,Kurk Carr, Richard Smallwood, and many more.....

Who can find a virtuous woman?  ...For her price far exceeds that than rubies.     In this day and time, who can find a virtuous woman?   While we can attribute her to great value, she is also found to be a vessel of honor, a standard of wisdom, and a pillar of strength.     Today, we celebrate the ministry entrusted to Virtuous Standard.    They have collectively stood together despite individual obstacles and challenges for the sake of ministry.
Virtuous Standard was formed based on Proverbs 31 in June 1997.  With Jayonna Sims being the visionary, God knitted two other sister's hearts together to fulfill the vision; Many opportunities to minister followed around the Chicagoland area along with a featured full page article on "Virtuous Standard as a upcoming artist" in Gospel Synergy Magazine.
